In accordance with the Development Corporation Act, Sections 505.159 and 505.160 of the Texas Local Government Code, a public hearing will be held by the Dayton Community Development Corporation, a Type B economic development corporation, on November 9, 2020, at 6:00 pm to solicit input prior to expending funds in support of the following project: to provide funding not to exceed $250,000  for economic development purposes, being assistance with permitting, construction, development, and equipment costs associated with Project Cobalt, an industrial project involving plastics renewal and energy, which will be located in the City of Dayton.

It is requested that you make your views known, either in person or by writing to the Dayton Community Development Corporation.
